Seba Direct believes in providing flat pricing for all of our support services. This lets our customers know their support costs upfront, which is especially important in these uncertain economic times.

Basic IT support (flat monthly fee) – $80/month per user

  • This is our basic IT support level, which is designed for smaller offices with onsite or remote teams.  
  • This is great for a small insurance office or escrow company. Or a remote architectural firm with users located around the globe. 
  • This support plan will provide help desk-level support to your users.

Managed IT Services– $170/user per month

  • This support plan provides a higher level of support. For example, we can offer your users a VPN solution that will allow them to access the office server from the office, home, or around the globe. This plan includes support for multiple office servers, network printers, backup solutions, Active Directory, etc.

  • This support level includes scheduled on-site visits. This service plan includes all the “Basic” and “Managed IT Services” services, cyber security support, SD-WAN firewall/router support, Office 365 support, cloud backups, cloud services, professional services, etc.
