IT support costs
Businesses in Los Angeles and the surrounding area can expect to pay the following flat -rate for monthly IT support services :
Basic IT support (flat monthly fee) – $80/month per user
- A 10-user network would pay $1000 and up depending on the number of users, branch offices, and connected devices.
- This is great for a small insurance office or dental office. They typically require a phone or email support with the occasional onsite issues. Their computers, networks, and servers are continually monitored and supported remotely.
- This support plan allows for support at one branch location, with one central office server and network.
If you have offices in different locations or the number of users and servers is higher, the prices will increase slightly. Please contact us to get the exact cost for your office support needs.
Managed IT Services– $170/user per month
- A 10-user business would pay between $1700 and up per month.
This support plan will support office and office users who work from home. It also provides a VPN connection for home-based users back to the home office server and includes —support for multiple office servers, network printers, NASas servers, active directory, etc. Call us to get your specific price for your office setup.
Premium Managed IT Services (perhaps with a partial onsite engineer who visits your office weekly) – Call for Details.
This support plan is the ultimate plan we offer to our clients. It includes scheduled weekly on-site visits, typically one per week. This service plan includes all the services included in the “Managed IT Services” along with cyber security support, SD-WAN firewall/router support, Office 365 support, cloud backups, cloud services, professional services, etc.
We provide pricing on a case-by-case basis. So if you have 20 users with a mixed workload at one office with two servers and are willing to sign up for a longer-term contract, you will get lowered pricing.
